What is Biodanza?
Biodanza is a movement-based practice that integrates music, emotion and human connection.
It is not about choreography or performance.
It is an invitation to feel, express, breathe and come home to yourself.
Created by psychologist Rolando Toro, Biodanza supports emotional wellbeing, embodiment and authentic expression through guided movement experiences.

A class lasts approximately 2 hours and includes:
