What is Biodanza?

Biodanza is a movement-based practice that integrates music, emotion and human connection.


It is not about choreography or performance.


It is an invitation to feel, express, breathe and come home to yourself.

 

Created by psychologist Rolando Toro, Biodanza supports emotional wellbeing, embodiment and authentic expression through guided movement experiences.

A path to self-knowledge

Biodanza helps you reconnect with who you are beneath roles, expectations and masks.


Through movement, you meet your essence — the part of you that is spontaneous, creative, sensitive and deeply alive.

It is a process of personal development that becomes deeper through regular and continuous practice.


Week after week, movement becomes insight.
Connection becomes clarity.
Presence becomes transformation.

Everything you dance, you take into your daily life:
more softness, more vitality, more authenticity, more coherence.

What to expect in a class?

A class lasts approximately 2 hours and includes:

  • guided movement exercises

  • individual, pair and group experiences

  • carefully curated music

  • moments of expansion, joy, grounding and softness

  • a welcoming, non-judgmental environment

  • freedom to move at your own rhythm

No dance experience is needed.
Just comfortable clothes and openness.

Biodanza is suitable for people of all ages.

Start 2026 with clarity, intention and movement.


A series of three Biodanza classes designed to help you connect with your true desires for the new year.

Through movement, music and guided exercises, you will awaken clarity, cultivate direction and express what you want to live.


🗓️ Dates: 3 consecutive Tuesdays

  • 1st class - Ignite your desires - 13 January

  • 2nd class - Nourish your desires - 20 January

  • 3rd class - Manifest your desires - 27 January

 

​Ideally, this journey is experienced across all 3 classes but you’re welcome to join individual sessions if that suits you best.

If it’s your first time, don’t worry — the classes are gentle, guided and beginner-friendly. No dance experience needed.
